  • Once an order is confirmed, our team processes it within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • We offer multiple shipping options including Standard Shipping and Express Shipping for your convenience.
  • Delivery timelines vary based on your location:
    • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days.
    • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days.
  • Tracking details will be provided once the order is shipped.
  • Standard Shipping: No Free Shipping
  • Express Shipping: Charges vary depending on the destination and order size, displayed during checkout.
  • International orders are subject to additional customs and duties charges based on the destination country.
  • Customers are responsible for paying applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees.

  • Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made before shipping.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may initiate a return request once the item is delivered (refer to our Return Policy).

Custom-configured hardware or special orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun. Please ensure all specifications are verified before placing your order.

  • Refunds for eligible canceled orders will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
